6 cups Chicken stock
2 cups water
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
3 cans Cannelini beans
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Juice of 1 lime
Parsley (fresh if possible)
Cilantro (fresh if possible)
Rotisserie chicken (pulled and diced)
Mix all of the ingredients and simmer.
