Chicken Roll-Ups

This is an easy twist on chicken cordon bleu.

Preheat oven to 350F

Boneless/skinless trimmed chicken
Shaved deli ham
Swiss Cheese
Barbecue Sauce

Slick chicken breasts horizontally into 3 thin pieces. Next, layer the deli ham and then swiss cheese. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Spread barbecue sauce on top and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
