Meatballs:
2 pounds of Ground Veal
2 beaten eggs
3/4 C Flavored Bread Crumbs
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
1 T Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Squish it all together, shape into balls and broil on high to brown. Turn meatballs over and brown other side.
Sauce:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil, than add
2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 small can Tomato Paste
1 T Italian seasoning
Fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper
Pinch of Sugar
Add meatballs and simmer 4-6 hours in a crock pot or 3 hours on the stove on a low setting - stirring often. Serve over your choice of pasta.

Nina, I love this blog. What a great idea. I am especially appreciative right now since I tried to plan out five weeks of meals before I return to work, hopefully I can add some of yours into our mix!
